Join with Rabbi Schultz and Rabbi Marion to examine and discuss the hit Netflix series, “Unorthodox.” Unorthodox follows the story of a young woman who leaves the Satmar Jewish community in Brooklyn for a new life in Berlin, Germany. We’ll unpack some of the Jewish rituals in the show as well as the symbolism and imagery embedded within the characters and scenery. It is helpful to watch the show ahead of time but not necessary.
