Burekas

Burekas is a family of baked filled pastries made of thin dough known as phyllo.  The pastry is well known in Israel and is sold all over the country in bakeries.

Ingredients:

2 pounds puff pastry
2 cups cottage cheese
¼ pound feta cheese (dry)
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon flour
2 ounces sesame seeds
1 whole egg
