ReConnect is the social group of Congregation B’nai Israel adults in their 50s, and 60s. We want our members to remain connected with each other and stay engaged in the synagogue, particularly after their children leave the home. Isn’t that when our fun is supposed to resume? We offer educational and social programs approximately four times during the year. Recent programs have included docent-guided trips to museums, evenings of theater or lectures, and Shabbat dinners.
Every other year we try to send the group on the road for a Temple Tours program. Past trips have taken us to Israel, Cuba and most recently Eastern Europe.
Click the link above to view the full 10-day trip itinerary which consists of two options to choose from; one group traveling North and the other group traveling South. There’s still time to sign up but if you have any questions, please reach out to Mindy Siegel.
